Hi,
I have two Sony DCR-TRV350 camcorders, and the
LCD viewer has stopped working on both of them.
The screen is sort of whited out, but not very bright.
The Nightshot is off. On one of the cameras the
screen started working again for a while...the picture
just sort of faded back in and it worked for several
uses, and then it eventually faded out again. While
it worked, the view was upside down unless the
viewer was flipped over to view from the front.
Since it went out again it has lines running vertically
in uneven patterns, and some very blurry indistinct
image can be seen when something moves in front
of the camera. Covering the lens also makes it go
dark, but still with the lines running through it. Both
of the eye viewers still work fine so far.
