Same here. Got a crappy email about them being "suprised by level of
demand". Erm here is a bit of simple maths..
x number of Screenselect members + y number of Lovefilm customers = New
customer base.
Add to that the number of new customers that both sites were growing by
and you know exactly what level of demand to expect.
They are offering a free film as compensation - I want a free month or
at least a weeks worth of cash back - what use is a free film? - they
are all free while you are paying a monthly fee.
