Hi there,

Me and my flatmate are tearing our hair out because we have tried everything
on each of our computers, with different software and different types of DVD
discs, but after burning about 20 DVDs the films will only load onto our
PC's DVD players, but not in the standalone one in the living room. And
it's not that this player cannot play DVD-R - it plays them fine.

We have tried using DVD Shrink in conjunction with Nero, and I have even
tried Sonic's Recordnow but nothing works. I have burned from ISO to disc,
from the folder with .vob files etc - each time i get a perfectly burned DVD
which loads on WinDVD with menus and all - but my standalone DVD Player says
"Bad Disc" when I insert it. DVDShrink is set with Nero to burn at "Region
Free" and we are using "DVD +R" discs.

Is there something obvious we are missing?
