If you don't know how to set up Winmx, I have some notes.
Setting Outgoing Bandwidth; Settings/File Transfers/Bandwidth
Throttle/Limit outgoing bandwidth; either uncheck box, or
increase the number to 30000 or more depending on how many you
share. This number goes up a lot for Cable, and much more for T1, T3,
or you can leave it unchecked, and winmx will adjust it for you.
Winmx is fair, and dosen't take too much.
A good number for DSL is 4-5, altho I've gotten 15. A good number
for Cable is 10, tho I've gotten 20. T-1, T3 are very fast, and
can easily give 30-50.
