This only works well for ADR'ed movies and movies having an extremely clean
dialogue-soundtrack. But movies which have seperate D&E tracks, probably
have the budget (and market) anyway to ADR the dialogue.
Then you can keep the "effects"-track, and change the dialogue to say,
Italian or German or Mandarin, and don't need to re-record the rest.
