That's rubbish. The amount of volume from a speaker has nothing to do
with how much magnetic interference it creates. The magnetism of the
voice coil is an infinitesimal fraction of the Gauss level of the
permanent magnet.
That being said the spots DO sound like impurity caused by a nearby
speaker. Most speakers now are shielded and do not have an external
magnetic field, but if yours is an older one just move it away from
the screen.
Also as suggested the orientation of the set to magnetic North can
upset purity. Try degaussing the set with a degaussing coil. A tape
bulk eraser moved around the front of the screen will "sort of" do,
though it's not as good.
