It's also worth pointing out that DVD uses non-square pixels, so if
you map an image pixel for pixel onto your square-pixel PC screen,
you'll end up with an image which is the wrong aspect ration.
For PAL DVD you need to multiply the horizontal width by 1.07 and for
NTSC DVD by 0.9.
