Well, it's the biggest vehicle i've driven (used to have a Vectra), so I
can't give any direct comparisons - but I find, for it's size, it has
sufficient power with fuel economy. I've always liked Volvos - pretty solid
motors, so I gave it a try. I did consider the Sedona, but was put off by
the tinny sound of the rear door..I know, sounds picky! - especially
considering sedonas are cheaper :-)
I also find the handling of the XC to be on par with my expectations of how
a vehicle should rule the road.
I've had her since May, and she has served me well. Admittedley, I'd like to
have had more experience with vehicles in that class, to give a better
answer, but as far as I am concerned, good solid motor, well built and I'd
buy another :-)
I also prefer the sound of a diesel. That is a point in itself that many
people disagree with!
Might go for a spin now I think.
