I seriously doubt you could tell any difference between the three.
They're all excessive, though. MP3 is virtually CD quality at roughly
200 Kbps (LAME's --preset standard). AAC is more or less the same
(but it's superior at 128 Kbps, i.e. iTunes' purchased files).
