Hello, I need to decrease the bitrate of same of my mp3 before to burn them
for compatibility reasons with my car mp3 player Pyoneer (that doesn't read
mp3 with bitrate too high - 192kbs).
There are many software that do it but my problem is that I don't want to
convert anymore mp3 that are already with bitrate below 192kbs.
Dbpoweramp do it with "smart" option that allow to set some "rules" for
don't convert these mp3 (with lower bitrate) but it doesn't seem to keep
unaltered the orginal folder structure.
Maybe its me that do something wrong, anyway it burn all my mp3 in the cd
root.
Can someone help me even if my english is bad? :)
