Yet another cashback "I've been done" claim
One of two things has happened here
either
a) The Link have sent out the cheques and they are missing and as they say
they will re-issue them
or
b) Mark did not adhere to the T&Cs exactly to the letter, and The Link are
string him along
So
if a) be patient
if b) give up, you made the mistake.
And, another bit of advise to all cashback customers
Never call the comapny when chasing your cashback - it is ca ompletely
unrecordable method of communication
If Mark had emailed The Link in both cases he would have had a written
acceptance that they wre going to / had paid, and then it would have made
things much easier.
