Nero 7 does it, though I'm not 100% happy with it as it seems to take
ages sometimes. Haven't installed the update which may help. I also
have some software by AVS. Can't recall specific name, unfortunately.
That works well, but it struggles with adding chapters. You just get
way too many added.
