It is criminal to deny them work when the employer can't pay any more
than $2. That's when you get to pay them. However as Paul Simon,
Treasury Sec., pointed out in his masterpiece, A Time For Truth, only
10 cents of every entitlement dollar makes it to the people who need
it. The other 90 cents goes to bureaucrats.
There is only one solution to your problem and that is for you to find
work for them.

Our revels now are ended. These are actors as I foretold
you were all spirits and are melted into air, into thin air,
and like the baseless fabric of this vision, the cloud-capped
towers, the gorgeous palaces, the solemn temples, the great
globe itself, yea, and all that it inherits, has dissolved,
and like this insubstantial pageant faded, leaves not a rack
behind. We are such stuff as dreams are made on, and our little
life is rounded with a sleep.
