Does anyone have any idea why these DVD releases stopped at the 5th
Season? We have complete seasons of stuff like Golden Girls and many
other shows, but why on earth do we not have more seasons of the
multiple-Emmy-winning classic AITF? I mean, Mike and Gloria are still
livin' in the Bunker house, for cryin' out loud! Haha. I'd really love
to have AITF seasons that extend to the episode where Mike and Gloria
leave for California (which is the real ending of AITF, IMO).
Anyway, does anyone at all have any information on why these DVDs
stopped being released? And why "Archie Bunker's Place" (a far far
inferior show) was released before AITF was fully released?
