FWIW since I reset my counters on 01/11/06 i've had 4335 emails - 3378
were trapped by my filters, 640 in my blacklist, and 110 marked as legit
/ friends.
Of the remaining 207, some were legit but not worthy of being added to
my "friend" filters, the remainder being from botnet machines where the
network involved was too small to bother adding to a regexp filter i.e.
had an IP range of less than 65536, and the spam too generic / obscured
to make detection easy - so i've had to manually mark them for deletion.
My "detected" spam rate excluding "too hard to delete automatically"
runs at 92%, legit mail at about 2.5-3.5%, and the rest (~4.7%) being
made up of random spam or legit stuff not worth adding as friendly that
I have to mark for deletion myself.
