As long as you set the project properties to match the HVX200 footage,
footage will automatically uprez the DVX100 footage. How good it will look
is another matter. Why not try it and see for yourself?
Also, browse the Sony Vegas forum and the DV Info forums for more info on
doing this.
BTW, you'll need either Raylight or CineForm as an intermediary to bring the
Panasonic's footage into Vegas.
