I'm getting this alot, I'll be in a queue for a long time, get right
up to the front of the line...and then get "disconnected" or
"refused". I thought this was something personal, caused by the owner
of the queue not liking something about me (number or type of shared
files, etc...). But today I communicated with an owner (person
sharing the file I wanted) and we watched as I went from #18 to #1 in
his queue and then was disconnected. I watched this happen 3 times
with the same result. He said he didn't know what to do to prevent
it, and didn't seem to have anything to do with it. I've seen that
there are certain Users with whom this happens everytime, and there is
no point in even waiting in their queues.

Yet for all this, I still am able to download files, but I'm getting
disconnected or refused about 50% of the time.

So can someone tell me what actually causes the disconnect or refusal?
I'm trying to figure out what I need to do to cure this problem which
is becoming very common unfortunately.

Regards, jc
