Similar problem to one I replied to a couple of weeks ago - Nero fails
to encode some files correctly, and would crash "silently" every time I
tried to convert a specific file.
By using an alternative program to convert to a different format first,
*then* using Nero it was happy.
"Super" does quite a nice job of converting - but the download link is a
bitch to find (its free, and its by erightsoft.com IIRC) - I think I
posted the link a couple of weeks ago in my earlier reply.
