I happen to use Nero, which has MPEG-4 AAC codecs, and a decent
interface for decoding to WAV. Winamp's Disk Writer plugin will also
work, although it's tedious. Once you have the WAV, just go to the
LAME command line, or open a program like CDex to interface with the
LAME DLL, and convert to the MP3 quality of your choice.
Others will probably have a more straightforward solution, but I
prefer my method, which avoids installing more software than I already
use for other purposes.
