fields-based.
I'm thinking about the difference between the NTSC stories that I send to
Germany, which are converted to PAL (and which I watch in PAL), and the
stories originated in PAL which are converted there and which I watch in
NTSC. As I say, I have no real standard of reference, since I don't know
which was converted with what or how.
