Amazon and others say that The Kremlin Letter appeared this month,
along with The Quiller Memorandum (which definitely did appear) and
The Chairman (which I haven't seen anywhere). Neither Amazon nor
anyone else seems to have it in stock, though, while DVD Empire and
various other dealers simply doesn't have it at all.
Does anyone know whether it appeared and, if not, why it was delayed
or pulled?
