AFAIK, this is ALWAYS a problem caused by using two diffrent sample
rates, or having a preference for sample rate set wrong in the editing
program. I see this most often when people import a CD and try to mix
it with DV footage when lip synching a song. Dig around in your
preference settings for the audio sample rate and make everything
agree, should fix your trouble.
