Well as all prints originate with the original camera negative, copies
from that negative would be far superior.

Of course that is probably taken from the Universal vault.

I would suspect that the "Masters" for these cheapies are either well
worn 16mm copies or videotape masters with nary an attempt at
restorative work undertaken.
