Hi Martin,
I hope that I am wrong, I've been waiting for 4 days without opening the
shrink wrap on the training DVD in case they wanted to exchange it for me,
and I got a reply from them in one day last week when I asked a question
before ordering, but as I was eager to get to the training part and no
replies in 4 days I got a little antsy, lol.
Like I said, if it was an honest mistake, I will gladly apologize but why
the silence when sales replies are handles so quickly?
And on the phone Kelly told me, that the promo is for just the basic
training, not the complete and when I told her the web clearly shows and say
it's the complete being advertised she wanted me to speak to John the tech
guy. How is he going to handle incorrect advertising? It didn't make sense
to me.
But I'll see if he ever calls me back or I hear from Gary on here.
Thanks for your reply Martin
