Sorry. It's $4199.95 at B&H

On the HVR-V1 series camcorders, the progressive HDV modes have the
same 1920 x 1080 display frame sizes as the interlaced HDV modes,
anamorphically squeezed to 1440 x 1080 for HDV tape storage, of
course.
The 25p mode, used in 50 Hz PAL areas, is 25 progressive frames per
second stored using PsF (Progressive segmented Frame), just like
HDCAM. These models also do 50 interlaced fields per second.
In 60 Hz NTSC areas, the choices are 23.976 progressive frames per
second stored with a 2-3 pulldown and 29.97 progressive frames per
second PsF. These models also do 59.94 interlaced fields per second.

Well, there are the JVC 720p models, including the GY-HD110U (under
$5500) and the new GY-HD200U and GY-HD250U, but all of these are
probably above your price point. That leaves the GR-HD1US, for under
$1400.
Then there are the Canons, such as the XH A1 for under $4000. Has
balanced XLR audio and analog component video output, but no HD-SDI or
even HDMI.

HTH.
