I see this a lot as well. Someone will get in my queue, and
start their upload, only to get disconnected in 2 seconds. I've
seen it happen so many times I'm convinced that their ISP
might be using some kind of packet shaping, which looks
for p2p traffic, then disconnects the user. Packeteer, anyone?
At other times, they may be able to stay active for about a
minute, then the get disconnected.
