When you install Winamp, it gives you the option to save each user's
configuration in their Documents and Settings folder, which is
necessary if some of them don't have write access to the Program Files
folder. I always run as administrator, but if you don't want to do
that, reinstall Winamp with the option to save in the user's folder.
