Hi,

I recorded a few tv shows on a dvd+r memorex disk in EP mode. After
about 4 hours were used up,
I tried to eject the disk and it said 'disk error' 'diskcannot be
played or recorded'.
I reinserted it and it loaded; the titles could be shown and it would
play. However, when I tried to eject
it hung on 'INF WRITE' and I had to disconnect and reconnect the power
in order to get the eject
button to work, to get the disk out.

Is this a bad disk or a laser write problem, and if its a disk problem
can it be fixed?

I recorded about 20 DVDs with Hewlett Packard media, with no errors.
However, I have gotten the disk error with the second FUJI and first
Memorex media.
Is this mainly a manufacturer isssue?
