Over the years I've seen a lot of JVC gear in professional environments from
corporate video suites to for-hire video production studios, as well as in
community cable television studios, in particular a lot of JVC monitors. I
can't speak from personal experience about JVC's robustness or reliability.
My impression is that Sony and Panasonic enjoy a higher regard than JVC.
