Avid Liquid 7 (Pinnacle Liquid Edition as was) will do that -- I've
used it (albeit with only a 2-camera shoot) and it works fine. You'll
need a bit of processing power, though, particularly if the whole
production is concert-length, as thinking about multi long streams at
once seems to give it a bit of mental indigestion.
