You could try out Axis. http://www.axis.com/products/video/camera/
They do some good cameras... we have a 213 PTZ at work which has great
picture quality and is fully directional (PTZ = Pan, Tilt, Zoom).
Wasn't cheap though, I think the price was in the order of 1000 quid,
although I know they do cheaper models, at the time we were looking,
the 206 model was about 200 quid I believe.
