Right, Friendly person / ettebab / Ette. But only under certain conditions.
After ripping the CD, you must (legally) get a T-shirt printed out that says
"I RIP LIBRARY CD'S AND I'M PROUD. I ENJOYED DOING IT, AND I'M NOT SORRY.
DOWN WITH CORPORATE AMERIKKKA!".
Wearing it, you must take the CD back to the library and say to the
librarian in a loud, confident voice "I, Friendly person / ettebab / Ette,
ripped the shit out of this CD. Yes! I ripped it, and I'm not ashamed! It's
my right as a free, friendly person, and the corporate drones, and George
Bushed, can go fuck themselves! Death to the profitmongers!".
You will then be issued with a legal pass, enabling you to rip anything else
you want, and the feds can't touch you. Go for it. We're in this together.
