I'm looking for a recommendation on what DVD recorder/VCR combo unit to
buy to copy my Sony 8mm tapes to DVD. I read on consumersearch.org that
these units are mainly designed to copy from VHS to DVD and even
pre-recorded DVDs don't read well on these units. I have a Sanyo
DRW1000 but don't recommend it to anyone. I'm looking for the combo
unit to save space and connection hassles. Any advice is greatly
appreciated.
