**Yea, but your examples aren't analogous to what Bill wrote. If B&N
let 100 people rent, read and return a book and then tried to turn
around and sell it as new, then, yes, it should be in the used
section. If Dress Barn rented out a dress, let women use it for a day
or two and then return it over and over again, I'd say let's burn that
thing. I don't care if the laserdisc, DVD or CD don't 'wear' like
books or clothing, the second anyone cracks the plastic and takes the
item out, it's used.
