You need to call Customer Complaint at Dish and tell them the rude way
your query was handled. The asshole you got was too lazy to do the
research necessary to give you the codes.
I am appalled at the uniformly poor quality of customer service these
days. It's not only foreigners but Americans.
Pester them and they will connect you to a Level 2 supervisor who may
know what you are talking about.
