If they wore an outfit that was truly as revealing as the pseudo-style
pretends to be while twisting and gyrating during skating, they'd be
having "wardrobe malfunctions" left and right.

Or at least where one would expect her breasts to be. Brooke, while
stunningly pretty and supposedly quite intelligent was blessed with
neither much acting ability nor noticeable mammary development.

See? It accomplished its goal. It misdirected you from the vapid
dialogue and absurd plot. Personally, less than buxom or not, I didn't
greatly object to seeing the nubile young Brooke prancing around in
little more than a suntan, affixed hair and all. It was just
unfortunate that they felt compelled to give her lines.
