That's pretty well my point. I'm not sure many people make that
distinction. And playing and recording a sequence of C, F, G on the
guitar is not an idea. It can be an actual recording which,
nevertheless, could survive a copyright challenge.
As in the case of Disney's "Lion King", I would suggest that the
difference between an idea and the expression of idea is not always cut
and dried.

Didn't say there was. I was saying that these kids are not
"psychopaths" who need, as the poster suggested, to be punished.
