In the limited contact i've had with SVP i've always been impressed, but
how's this for an example from tonight:
I made an order, and during the payment process via HSBC I noticed that
the full delivery address was not being shown fully.
Emailed sales@svp at 10:16pm with a screenshot pointing it out
By the time I next checked my email at 10:27pm Steve had already checked
the order and confirmed there was no problem.
SVP rock :-)
....and for the benefit of the tape I have no affiliation to them :-p
