Hello all,
I've been searching the net for a solution to my problem, but have yet
to come across a single bit of information which might help me. Perhaps
someone here might have some advice that would alleviate a problem most
unusual? I recently purchased a copy of Die Hard with a Vengeance: The
Special Edition. However: my computer refuses to even detect the bloody
dvd. My flatmate's computer detected the movie, and had no trouble
reading it. Yet when in my dvd player, the cd makes a few clicking
sounds, as it is wont to do when trying to read a cd, and then simply
stops, and does absolutely nothing.
My system specs, you ask? I'm using a Dell Inspiron 5100 laptop. The
DVD player? Samsung CDRW/DVD SN-324F using Driver Version 5.1.2535.0.
No other cd has any difficulty playing in my DVD player, except this
one, rebellious disc. Anyone have any ideas as to why the hell it
doesn't work?
