It's caused primarily by a decrepit IT department.
When BB first went online years ago, for their brick and mortar
stores, I hassled with them about numerous bugs. You could not
subscribe to the movie referral service for the first six months
because it was broken. That was just the beginning.
The whole company reeks of total incompetence. The so-called "customer
service representatives" are surly, arrogant and argumentative, and
will hang up on you when you press for information.
I won't do business with BB anymore for fear they will screw something
up and I will have to pay for it - or charge it back.
I wonder if the major shareholders know what loser they own.
