Legal implies that they pay royalties to the musicians. Allofmp3
doesn't. They operate in a legal gray area in Russia. Because Russia wants
to join the World Trade Organization more than they want allofmp3 the legal
loophole they operate within is being closed.

There will still be plenty of ways to get music for less than a buck a
tune when they're gone without risking an RIAA lawsuit, if you're less fussy
than the OP. And there are plenty of ways for those who will pay a buck a
tune to convert their purchases to more convient formats. However, if you
wanna be fussy, you agreed not to do that when you signed on to your buck a
tune site.
