Me too. I once ordered some of the same crappy DVDRs the OP refers to.
Most of them didn't burn properly and in my annoyance I threw some
away.
SVP missent an order some time after and I phoned to get it corrected.
I happened to mention the duff DVDRs and they said post them back and
we'll replace them. I said I've thrown a few away, but they said send
back the ones you have. All this was sent Freepost so at no cost to
me. Sure enough I got a brand new box back in exchange :D
As others have said, SVP rock. They're one of the few companies I've
emailed praising them for their CS.
