Actually my problem with Blockbuster is that they stopped sending movies the
day I cancelled my account, even though the month is prepaid.

Yep, when I asked why they stopped sending movies, the CS idiot says
"because you cancelled your account" to which I said "according to your
website I have three weeks left in the month."

To which she said "well you agreed to our terms. Sorry. Goodbye."

Blockbuster has to be the most idiotic company I've ever encountered.
