I'm currently using MusicMatch Jukebox and I'm looking for a music playing
program that doesn't have all the silly stylistic restrictions. For
example, I like to have a music playlist that can be opened up full screen,
so I can see all the titles on it and move them around. I wouldn't mind an
included equalizer. But forget skins. I'm don't need the program to
resemble a car radio, or the inner colors of someones vagina. I'm listening
to music, not watching it.
I'd like a program that doesn't insert an unremovable icon in the Windows
2000 toolbar, one that doesn't place 5 different files in the Startup
section of Win2000, one that doesn't need to call home to get the latest
news (and advertisements) every 10 minutes. In short, I'm looking for the
impossible.
Is there such a thing?

Simple, FREE, customizable, and does the job.
