My solution uses the hardware "analog hole". While playing the DRM
protected file, use a sound recording app like Windows Sound Recorder or my
fave dBPowerAmp to capture the output from the sound card, in 44 kHz 16 bit
stereo. You now have a clean wave file that you can do whatever with.
