They claim to have posted my item on 8th December but its never arrived.
Emails go unanswered and their phone number just plays the same recording:
"all our telephone operators are busy taking other calls - please leave you
number and we'll call you back".
Despite my leaving more messages than I can remember they haven't called
back.
IMO, I reckon they don't even have "telephone operators" - probably some
bloke running it from his bedroom.
Jeez, been buying online for over 10 years and never been suckered before...
