There are a number of ways to do this. If, for example,all these small
folders are in one big folder you can just do a Windows search of that
folder for MP3s and then use the search results to move the music files
where you want them. I sometimes do the same thing using MP3Tag to open the
root folder and then moving the files to a bigger folder with that program
because I'm usually editing the tags at the same time.
