Somebody I know that is into satellite engineering told me that on the last
shuttle missions they have been testing RX ( reception) sat dishes as small
as 4 inches in diameter that are destined to be used for residential and
mobile use. Anywone alse heard this ?
Apparently they are trying to find a solution to overcrowding of dishes on
buildings and also to render access to people that are not allowed to
install dishes on their buildings.
This thing must work with a mighty powerful receiver....

"Two antennas meet on a roof, fall in love and get married. The
ceremony wasn't much, but the reception was excellent."
