TS files are MPEG Transport files - all you need to do is import them into a
video editor like Womble or VideRedo, edit etc and then export as DVD
compliant mpeg files. Then use a DVD Authoring program like
NeroVisionExpress to make chapters and finally the VIDEO_TS folder that
contain the VOB, IFO and BUP files ready to burn using say the DVD burning
program NeroExpress.
