Unless you're looking for indie music the selection of fully legit sites
for MP3s is pretty slim. Here's a list of the music sites that the RIAA
considers legit:
http://www.riaa.com/issues/music/legalsites.asp Most of these sites either
don't offer MP3s or only a very few. The most notable exceptions are
www.emusic.com and http://www.mp3.com/

My understanding is that this site is also legit:
http://www.wippit.com/default.aspx Not all of their files are MP3s.
